Jennifer Smiga is the founder and CEO of Ultraviolet Agency. Her expertise spans more than two decades in strategic marketing, public relations, creative development, and event planning. Jennifer has shaped campaigns with iconic brands, including Aveda, Goldman Sachs, and the NY Yankees. Her standout work includes Bette Midler’s New York Restoration Project MillionTreesNYC campaign and a digital campaign that transformed soapstone from obscure to popular surface in homes nationwide.
Since founding Ultraviolet Agency in 2015, Jennifer has focused on serving building product manufacturers, home brands, and interior designers—a natural evolution inspired by her studies at Savannah College of Art & Design and her BFA in Art History. Her latest venture, ultracollective, is an AI-powered platform streamlining collaboration between interior designers and home brands.
A recognized industry thought leader, Jennifer frequently speaks at events hosted by High Point Market, Business of Home, and the Design Influencers Conference. She serves on the advisory board of the Interior Design Educators Council Foundation (IDECF) and mentors students from universities nationwide, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the next generation of marketing leaders.

When she’s not managing her boutique marketing agency or spending time with her family, Jennifer is likely found empowering women and children through self-defense training, drawing from her experience in martial arts and amateur boxing.
